RESILIENCE – Religious Studies Research Infrastructure

Distributed infrastructure of pan-European interest for religious studies, integrating and making accessible sources, resources, facilities and services of the most important European research institutions in the field of historical and religious sciences.

Objectives of RESILIENCE

  • To provide Europe with a research infrastructure for historical-religious disciplines capable of being a reference point in the international context;
  • To guarantee the scientific community access to resources and tools for study and research that are among the most advanced in the world;
  • To stimulate the construction and development of research projects of an interdisciplinary nature on the most important issues in historical-religious studies;
  • To offer a digital research platform capable of providing integrated access to the tools, advanced services, skills and resources offered by the Infrastructure to SSH research communities interested in the study of the religious phenomenon, favouring the development of new approaches and methodologies of investigation of an inter-disciplinary nature;
  • Developing research training activities and initiatives in the areas of interest.
